XPS 2024

The XP Summit is a community of executive and operations pastors from across the country. While these roles may have various job titles, we consider XPs to be those second chair leaders who ensure that the church is logistically positioned to accomplish its mission.

Every year, we host The XP Summit gathering. It’s unique in that it’s organized FOR XP’s and BY XP’s. It features small group/huddle interactions with peers to discuss the best practices on subjects like staffing, programming, finances, and multi-site strategy. This course features the main session video content of our 2024 event.

Jesse DeYoung

Jesse is Executive Lead Pastor at Flatirons Church in Denver. He leads the church in their strategic planning as well as community engagement, which have been instrumental in the church’s growth.

Rich Birch

Rich Birch is one of the early multi-site church pioneers in North America. He has served on the leadership teams of The Meeting House in Toronto and Connexus Church in Ontario. Rich founded unSeminary to assist church leaders in broadening their leadership knowledge.

Rachel Long

Rachel serves as an Executive Pastor at Emmanuel Church in Indianapolis. She is also founder and host of HIL Podcast. Rachel has a deep passion and love for people. She is married with three children My husband Jason and I have three children.
