CDF Capital was created for a single mission: to help churches grow. In 1953, the year of our founding, the most significant barrier to church expansion was access to the financial capital needed to purchase land and construct buildings. We created a fund to connect kingdom-building investors together with growing churches needing loans to help finance these projects. We continue this rich legacy of investing in healthy church growth today.
