are you ready for what's next?

are your relationships ready?

None of us can predict what is coming next (unless of course, you had a “global pandemic” in your office pool for 2020 disasters), but it is important to strengthen our relationships. Have you put in the time to build strong relationships as you lead your church to what is next?

is your church ready?

Your church was 100% ready for a shutdown and had a plan in place in case, you know, the world stopped functioning. No? You are not alone. Can you focus on lessons learned over the past year to be more ready for whatever is next?

is your staff ready?

2020 gave us so much to unite around: social justice, masks, vaccines, elections, it was truly “unprecedented.” Have you taken the time to look at and evaluate the staff and your staffing needs to make sure you can embrace what is next?

are you ready?

Knowing the last 18 months has been the easiest stretch of your ministry and career, what else is there left to say? Other than allowing yourself to focus on yourself, your wellbeing, and what you need to do to be the best version of yourself as you lead the charge into what is next.
